Residential Property Manager

This position will support the Senior Property Manager in managing a portfolio of residential properties. The candidate is expected to place maximum emphasis on the positive response to the concerns and needs of tenants and on increasing the value of the property being managed, in coordination and conjunction with the Owner's goals and objectives.
Essential Job
Responsibilities:
Responsible for prompt and positive response to requests from tenants, to assure problems are being resolved promptly to the mutual benefit of the tenant and the property.
Responsible for monitoring renewals, marketing, showing and leasing apartments, qualifying applicants and preparing lease paperwork.
May handle tenant requests and dispatch work orders.
Manage correspondence between tenants and vendors via phone, email, and web.
Ensure appropriate follow-up on all open work orders as needed.
Process move-in and move-out activities as needed.
Consistently maintain contract and property information in property management system as needed.
Document all communications with tenants, owners, vendors, and prospects in property management system as appropriate.
Desired Skills:
College degree preferred.
1-2 years of experience in leasing or management of residential rental properties.
Competence in personal computer and technology skills including Microsoft Office, and basic web/marketing technologies.
Strong customer service skills; ability to provide truly exceptional service
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Ability and desire to be part of a team, as well as ability to work without supervision
Any real estate or management certifications are preferred
Must have a dependable vehicle, as showing properties will be part of the job

Position is salaried based on experience, health insurance offered. Full time position, Monday-Friday 8:30-5pm.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
