Gear Cutting Machine Operator

Corporate Services, Inc. currently has immediate job opportunities in the Western Wisconsin area. We are currently in search of a Manual Gear Cutter Operator with setup skills. Job duties will include operating and setting up a Gear cutting machine and hobs and shavers, performing repeated setups with machines utilizing Fanuc controls, using precise measuring instruments for in-process inspections, and reading blueprints. Machines that will be utilized in this position include Gleason gear cutters, Koepfer hobbers, Mitsubishi hobbers, Fellows shapers, and deburring equipment. This is a full time, temp-to-hire opportunity on a 2nd shift running 4 days per week on 10-hour shifts and starting pay is dependent upon skill level. Qualified candidates will have approximately 2 years experience with gear, shavers, and/or hob machines and preferably possess a degree in Machine Tool Technics. Must be able to read blueprints, a tape measure, and utilize micrometers and calipers for quality control documentation. Please provide a resume detailing qualifications when applying.
