The new team member will handle customer service for Food and Dairy Division and assist with other activities of the Application Engineering Department.

5 years customer service experience or related experience
Must be able to understand and demonstrate mechanical aptitude
Must be detail oriented
Must have the ability to learn current ERP System used for order entry, inventory and invoicing
Must possess good English language communication skills, both verbal and written
Must be self-motivated
Must possess good interpersonal skills and work well in a team setting as well as independently as required
Must have working knowledge of MS Office products and Lotus Notes
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
