employees, and ensuring the safe and efficient production of high-quality films.

Supervisor Operator Responsibilities/Duties:
Supervise and lead a team of 4-5
employees efficiently.
Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations.
Enforce company policies regarding employee discipline.
Authorize repairs and maintenance for production tools and equipment.
Ensure equipment operates according to production order and schedules.
Identify and recommend cost controls and process improvements.
Maintain accurate logs and records for all orders and equipment.
Provide training to employees and oversee continual training.
Direct assignments of operators and maintain extrusion machine processes.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Supervisor Operator Required Education/
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.
Experience in manufacturing with knowledge of the plastic industry.
