Responsibilities: Troubleshooting electronic, electrical, and mechanical systems, rebuilding or overhauling all types of production equipment in the facility. Inspecting and evaluating physical plant, grounds, and related equipment. Working with other maintenance, process, and production personnel as necessary or directed in problem-solving of equipment and production issues. Reading and interpreting, on a basic level, ladder logic, pneumatic, instrumentation, hydraulic and electrical drawings, and manuals Using precision measuring, gauging tools, and electrical meters; some but not limited to, DMM, AC/DC current clamp-on, megger. Installing and removing electronic components using soldering and hand tools. Coordinating with outside contractors to perform activities, repairs, preventive maintenance on building equipment, and building and grounds appearance. Purchasing and managing all related maintenance supplies and plant equipment repair parts for all equipment in the facility. Required Education &
Experience: Experience with AC and DC motors, starters, PLC, capacitance & inductive sensors, relays, etc. The ability to accomplish assigned tasks unsupervised and must comply with all safety, quality, and productivity standards. The ability to lift 60 pounds $5,000 SIGNING BONUS! This signing bonus applies to full-time, well-qualified (not apprentice level) candidates.
