The Training and Development Administrative Assistant is responsible for teaming with the Corporate Training and Development Director in the following areas:
JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include, but are not limited to):
Data entry and updates of user accounts in the learning management system Brainier Input webinar class and event offerings in Zoom for hosting Create and run detailed user reports in Excel Submit courses and attendee completion records to the MN Department of Commerce for continuing education credits Maintain compliance records and documentation files for continuing education courses Provide excellent customer service to internal Sales Executives, management and external vendors via email and phone calls Manage logistics and contracts for live events serving as the contact for the venue organizer and vendor participants Create presentation and course materials with brand standards in Power Point and Canva Design and develop a monthly newsletter and special announcements in Constant Contact Regular and in-office presence required KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Associate's Degree with 2 years of experience in a related field (or a Bachelor's Degree in a related field) Stellar customer service competencies, problem solving aptitude and strong attention to detail Technology skill set to execute in a variety of platforms Exceptional software proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Canva Ability to manage and oversee a variety of competing work priorities Ability to work independently with time management skills and priority setting Reliable schedule and transportation Compensation:
Pay is commensurate with experience and qualifications plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, and other ancillary benefits and 401k Savings and Retirement (with company match).

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
